I can't believe how time just has a way of getting away. The week has flown by and I don't feel like I've done very much. It took a few days to recover from my trip to Raleigh to stay with Colleen's dogs. Between not being able to sleep and my allergies to the dogs and cat, I was a mess. Hopefully all will be normal soon. Last week we had the Olympics and this week the Convention. We get so hooked on the hoopla so I guess the media has done it's job. I'll be in Cleveland next week so I'm not sure how much of the Republican Convention I'll get to see. I'm curious to see how the media coverage will compare. Oh well, the election will come and go before we know it.
I went to see the Rolfer yesterday and am still very happy with what it's doing for me. I can't wait to go again when I get back from Ohio. Every visit I feel looser and looser! (is that a word?)
We have a busy weekend again. Saturday I'm going to Ellerbe to meet Chris to run 10 miles (the Boogie course) and then we're going to bike 25. That should be quite the workout. Sunday I'll be meeting the club at the reservoir and we're starting a beginners running group. It'll be fun to coach them along to help them meet their goals. On Sunday afternoon Colleen and Erin will be down for a cookout so that will be fun. I can't wait to see how Ella is doing. Monday we're doing a 50 mile bike ride which will be the furthest I've biked in several years. Hope I can do it. It's pretty hilly from what I hear. Tuesday I leave for Ohio to meet Miss Zella. Can't wait to meet her. Better get to bed. I've got a busy next few days!
